Unique offset design for better looks and improved tarp wear! Fits many common trailer pockets. Ideal for Transcraft, Reitnouer, Utility, Benson, Wilson and Newer East trailers. Made from heavy duty 6061-T6 Aluminum. Tee section accepts most common panel sizes. Stake stop collars and tarp rod brackets are optional.
"Side Kit Tarps" are still the workhorses of the steel hauling industry. Also called Rack Tarps, or Top Tarps, they are designed to be installed over a system of stakes, panels, and bows (A Sidekit) on a flatbed trailer where the front of the tarp is fitted to the trailer bulkhead. A typical SIDEKIT TARP is 48' Long and is Wide enough to overhang the side panels by about 18 inches when installed over 30" rise tarp bows. The front of the tarp is fitted to a 102" wide bulkhead.
